On Martin Luther King Day my family and I hiked up Koko Head. This hike was extremely difficult for me. The slope was very steep and because we were hiking in the middle of the day and without any water I was walking 10 steps and then stopping and resting. Though it was a difficult challenge it was worth it because the view at the top was unbelievable. I felt like I was on top of the world. It was so beautiful; it took my breath away. I am sure glad I did it because I feel a sense of accomplishment but I do not think that I will ever do it again or at least for a long time.
