The rain has stopped, the sun is out, and you think everything is good. Well not really. The bacteria count in the ocean, from Waikiki down to Kewalo Basin, is still pretty high and my dad and I have had to surf around Diamond Head for a week. The other day we were surfing at Lighthouse and about ten feet away from us there was a gigantic seal. The seal caught a fish and was thrashing it around. It was really scary because it was so big. Anyway the bacteria counts are slowly going down and hopefully soon we will be able to go back to Kewalos.
