This past week has been a hard one for my family and I because on Tuesday my grandpa passed away. It has been really hard to face the fact that he is no longer with us physically, but I know that he will always be with us in our hearts. Though I am sad I know that he is in a better place and I am happy knowing that he is watching over us.

My grandpa was an extraordinary person. He helped so many people and indeed left the world a better place. I am sure going to miss his hugs, kisses, and smiles and just holding his hand. I am going to miss hearing him say my name and talking to me about various things. My grandpa has taught me so many wonderful and important values that I will continue to use throughout life. I am so lucky that I got to spend time with him and create memories that will last forever.
