I had another busy week! On Sunday, I competed in the second of three trial events to see who makes the Hawaii team for next year's World Team Grommet Championships. This event was held at Maili Point on the west side of Oahu. The waves were pretty big and barelling and I've never surfed the spot before. Before the event my dad and I paddled out to check it out and I caught a few waves. Then in my heats I kept advancing and ended up winning the event! Now I'm on the team, yeah!

Anyway, I like this picture because there's a rainbow behind me, do you see it? Got to go...
